Welcome to the New Life Fellowship Web Site! Pastor

My name is Dexter Richardson, and I am the pastor of New Life Fellowship (NLF) Seventh-day Adventist Church of Chapel Hill.  NLF is a diverse collection of people from all walks of life, who come together each week to learn, experience and express God's love, grace and compassion.

Our congregation has developed a reputation over the years as a safe place for people to come just as they are. This website serves as a forum for you to learn about NLF, our church ministries, to listen to sermons that I and others have preached, and to ask questions about issues of faith.

If you want to learn more about this dynamic congregation please explore our website, and feel free to contact us by phone, email, snail mail or by simply visiting us on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. when we begin our day with Christ centered Bible study and discussion for adults and Bible activities for children. Our Saturday church service follows at 11:30 a.m. giving members and visitors alike an opportunity to worship God through praise music, prayer, storytelling for children, and the preaching of the Word.

We encourage you to come and worship with us, and to re-visit our website for updates and new content.

Our Mission Statement

In meeting the challenge of the gospel commission in Matthew 28 the mission of New Life Fellowship is to reach out to our community, specifically to the Triangle area college and University students, through worship, praise and fellowship. Our goal is to exemplify Jesus Christ by providing a safe place to minister to each other and the community with an attitude of love and acceptance to the spiritually empty, discouraged, and those needing continued Christian fellowship to include individuals of all beliefs and ways of thinking.

Purpose Statement

The purpose of New Life Fellowship Seventh-day Adventist Church is to nurture spiritual growth, serve our community and glorify God.
